Turf Field Reservation Policy and Procedure

 

Scheduling Priorities and Preferences

 

When scheduling the use of the turf field, the following will be given priority:

 

  1. HSC Events and Programs
  2. Academy Teams; Super Y
  3. HSC Teams, Instructional Players
  4.  Youth Soccer: DYSA, ODP, Region 1
  5. Local Schools and Colleges
  6. Other Soccer Sport Entities

Full Field

        1.5 Hour Session.....$100

        3 Hour Session........$200

        All Day....................$450 (8am to Dusk)

 

 
Half Field
        1.5 Hour Session.....$60
        3 Hour Session........$100
        All Day....................$280 (8am to Dusk)
 

 

HSC Members only will receive a 50% Summer Discount June 10th to August 20th.

HSC Members and Non-members will receive a 50% Discount September 15th to May 15th  between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm only.

 

Reservations and Payment

 

 

  1. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made prior to the date and/or time of intended use
  2. Full payment by check is due at the time of the reservation.
  3. Full disclosure of the user as well as the nature of the reservation shall be made known to HSC at the time of reservation
  4. Upon reservation, authorization is then given to both take and utilize pictures of the event for HSC promotional materials.

 

Cancellations and Reschedules

 

 

  1. Cancellations due to weather (verified and in agreement by HSC) will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations requested 72 hrs or more in advance will receive a full refund less a $20 administration fee.
  3. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours in advance will be provided a 50% refund – OR – a rescheduled time slot of the same duration.
  4. Repeated cancellations may result in HSC’s refusal for future reservation requests.

 

 

Field Rules

 

  1. Muddy cleats or boots are not permitted on the turf.
  2. The use of any tobacco products is prohibited.
  3. Gum chewing is not allowed by anyone using the turf.
  4. There will be no food of any kind on the turf field.
  5. Water is the only beverage allowed on the turf field. All other beverages including Gatorade and other sports drinks are prohibited.
  6. Pets are not permitted on the turf.
  7. The area is to be left the way it was found. This means removal or replacing of equipment that your group brought or moved onto the turf.
  8. Access to the turf is limited to players, coaches and referees while organized activity is in progress.
  9. Appropriate litter receptacles placed at the turf field must be used at all times.
  10. Users are responsible for notifying their guests of our policies.
  11. Failure to comply with these rules could result in loss of scheduled time on turf field.
